FUN & INTERESTING

Dave's Albacore Tuna - You laugh. Protein hounds know what I mean though. If you're sick to death of watered down sawdust tuna, head on over to Dave's Albacore. Only don't go if you can't afford to make the switch from Starkist 'cause once your try this stuff, you'll never be able to eat a can from the wide aisles again. We sell this at our gym (hesitated at first because it's pricey) and can't keep it on the shelves. Hand-caught by a fisherman with a lifelong dedication to weight training - the past ten years at Draper's World Gym.

Jump Inc - Drop by my friend Mindy's site when you have a minute to say hello and check out her new cardio instruction videos. Mindy's the 1999 IDEA Instructor of the Year, who just happens to teach indoor cycling classes at our gym. She's also an excellent instructor for all group classes and I recommend her videos highly.

Pain Management Technology - If you decide to try a TENS or an EMS unit—these are the electronic muscle stimulation devices that may help in injury rehab by moving blood through the area and by stimulating nerve endings. Or something. No, seriously, there might be something to this one.

Brian's Drive-In Theater - You can have some fun here. Brian Walker's got some time into this one! We'll drop you off at the David the Gladiator page. When you've had your fill of Dave in high-top sandals, head in to The Drive-In Theater where you'll spend time with the many faces of Hercules, the 60's Beach Party movies and get your opportunity to vote for the worst movie of all time. Tell Brian the Gladiator sent 'ya. And don't get any popcorn down your keyboard.

The Betty Zone - This is a Harold Forsko tribute to Dave's friend Betty Weider (Joe's wife). The link will take you to the Betty Weider home page. In the Gallery 2, look for a couple of fun photos featuring Dave and Betty during a Weider photo shoot - beach, surfboard, protein drinks in the sand, you know the drill. From there, you'll find your way through a great collection of Betty's modeling photos and magazine cover shots.
