Is Low-Carb for Everyone?

The following are bits and pieces of a few weeks of low carb dieting thoughts for your consideration.

<Has everybody had a good experience with Low Carb Diets?>

I was lacking in the energy department whenever I was in ketosis - no matter what I ate (the reason I ended it) but I lost fat FAST and could see every week a slight muscular gain but if I chilled out and relaxed a couple of days gym-wise then I would loose size. I found out that I could eat 1000 calories above normal maintenance levels and still loose fat. In the end though I felt unfit from a lack of cardio and frustrated from slow gains... much prefer daily cardio and weight sessions. - makes life easier to enjoy. Seth

When there are physiological symptoms such as low energy and hunger pangs, that is your body talking to you telling you it needs something it isn't getting. To ignore those symptoms and continue on the same path can be dangerous metabolically - but everyone has their choice. Remember you do have a future - I want mine to be with a good quality of life.
