Charlie MacKay, the classic nerd, with Major Body Issues, due to (among other things...) repeated exposure to the Gym Class From Hell for 12 years straight. Finally discovered something that works for me (low reps, heavy weights) at age 53, about a year ago. Goal for 2003 is 300/400/500, currently at 210/250/400. Still stunned that I am able to lift anything over 5 pounds; a year ago, if anyone had told me that I would be squatting more than 75 pounds, I would have laughed at them. Owe it all to IOL.
