IRON ONLINE LEG ROUTINES
TONY'S MASS BLAST LEG WORKOUT #2
Here's one for you to try. Keep rest periods fairly
short, basically if you have a training partner go right after they
do their set. If not I would say around 60 seconds between sets.
Obviously this is a volume workout.
Squats - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Romanian Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Split Squat (aka Single Leg Lunges) -
3 set of 10-15 reps each leg
Leg Press with legs high and pushing through
the heels to emphasize the Hamstrings - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Leg Curl - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Abductor Machine - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Adductor Machine - 3 sets of 10-15 reps
This should put a burn in those legs. By alternating
between Quads and Hams you should be able to keep the intensity
high for both body parts. It is a little trick to keep intensity
and volume high. Good luck!
