Memorable Workouts
One
of my most memorable workouts occurred around 1982. I was working
out at Manion's gym in Bridgeville, when in walks Jesse Ventura.
He was wrestling that night and was working back. I was just starting
my back workout with the long pulley row. Jesse asked to work in
with me. We got into a little contest and ended up doing about 20
sets of the rows. Needless to say that was all we did for back.
He was a lot of fun to be around, after the rows he showered and
left. Never did find out if he won that night or not.......

One
memorable workout I had recently was last Monday, the 15th. WCW
Wrestling was in town, and when I went in for my Monday morning
leg workout, there were a number of wrestling "stars" present. As
I finished my workout, I had to wait for Rick Steiner to finish
a set on the incline calf sled (you know, the one that looks like
a half-scale hack squat...). He didn't re-rack his weights when
he was done, so I added 220 more pounds to the 250 he was using
and did my sets.
